1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy describes how Network Skills Institute of Technology ("NSIT", "the Institute", "Company", "We", "Us") collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects information obtained through our Networking Education Platform, Student Management Portal, website (mynsit.in), mobile applications, physical lab booking system, SMS services, WhatsApp integration, and related educational services ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of information:
SMS delivery is facilitated through authorized third-party telecom service providers. The Company is not liable for telecom network delays or regulatory operator restrictions.
5. WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION
NSIT utilizes the WhatsApp Business Platform for dispatching notifications, class joining links, lab topology files, real-time advisor responses, and placement drive alerts. WhatsApp messaging is subject to WhatsApp Business Policies and Meta Platform Terms.
6. CONSENT FOR COMMUNICATIONS
By providing contact information, users authorize NSIT and its educational advisors to send communications through SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice Calls, and In-App Notifications. Users may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time.
7. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
NSIT strictly DOES NOT sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Service Providers: Cloud Hosting Providers, Google Workspace/Sheets Services, SMS & WhatsApp Gateway Providers, and Payment Gateways.
Hiring & Placement Partners: Candidate profiles and resumes are shared with verified corporate hiring partners only with explicit student consent during job placement drives.
Legal Requirements: Disclosed when required by law, court orders, or government regulatory bodies.
8. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
We implement robust security controls including secure encrypted servers, strict role-based access management, password protection, and automated audit logs for all physical and virtual lab environments.
9. DATA RETENTION
Student data is retained during the active training subscription and post-course alumni support period to facilitate career placement assistance and official certification verifications.
10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their student portal login credentials, providing accurate contact information, and protecting their devices from unauthorized access.
11. CHILDREN'S & EDUCATIONAL PRIVACY
For students under 18 years enrolling in foundational networking courses, personal information is processed under the authority and consent of parents or legal guardians.
12. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our portal uses cookies and local storage to maintain login sessions, store user layout preferences, and analyze platform traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

Student Agreement
Terms and Conditions Notice
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the enrollment, physical Cisco rack usage, student portal access, and communication services provided by Network Skills Institute of Technology (NSIT).
1. DEFINITIONS
Institute / Company: Refers to Network Skills Institute of Technology (NSIT), its trainers, lab managers, and authorized service personnel.
Student / Client: Refers to any enrolled student, corporate trainee, or prospective candidate utilizing NSIT educational programs, physical rack labs, or online learning portals.
Services: Refers to Cisco certification training (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE), physical & virtual rack access, study topologies, WhatsApp/SMS alerts, job placement assistance, and student portal accounts.
2. COURSE ENROLLMENT & LAB RACK LICENSE
2.1 NSIT grants enrolled students a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to access assigned Cisco physical lab racks, course materials, and virtual simulation environments during their active course tenure.
2.2 All curriculum intellectual property, workbook topologies, lab guides, and video lectures remain the exclusive property of NSIT.
2.3 Students shall NOT:
Record, record-screen, copy, reverse engineer, or re-distribute proprietary NSIT lab workbooks, topologies, or lecture videos.
Share student portal login credentials or physical rack reservation slots with non-enrolled third parties.
Attempt malicious configuration, password alteration of hardware firmware, or unauthorized access to lab management routers.
3. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Students shall pay applicable course fees, installment schedules, or physical rack extension fees as agreed upon during enrollment.
3.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable after batch allocation and lab slot assignment, unless explicitly agreed in writing under the 100% Practical Guarantee program.
3.3 Failure to clear scheduled fee installments on due dates may result in temporary suspension of physical rack reservation permissions and portal access.
4. PHYSICAL & VIRTUAL RACK USAGE RULES
4.1 Students must adhere strictly to reserved time slots for physical Cisco router and switch racks.
4.2 After completing a practical lab session, students must reload equipment to factory defaults or designated base startup-configs so the rack is clear for the next scheduled student.
4.3 Physical cable re-patching in campus server racks must be conducted only under direct supervision of CCIE lab engineers.
5. SMS & WHATSAPP NOTIFICATION SERVICES
5.1 SMS and WhatsApp communications are utilized to send class scheduling reminders, physical rack slot reservations, placement drive notifications, and batch alerts.
5.2 SMS delivery relies on telecom operators; NSIT is not responsible for telecom network disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
5.3 WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta platform terms. All communications sent to students strictly pertain to academic and career placement updates.
6.2 Job offers depend on individual candidate interview performance, technical evaluation, and attendance compliance. NSIT does not guarantee employment without student participation in interviews.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE
Students agree to maintain professional decorum during live online classes and physical campus labs. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or intentional hardware damage will lead to immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NSIT shall not be liable for indirect damages, temporary internet ISP line drops during remote rack connections, or third-party telecom delays. Maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed total training fees paid by the student in the preceding 6 months.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
